Bhaskar Chandan is a highly experienced air quality engineering manager with extensive expertise in engineering and permitting. Currently serving as the Senior Air Quality Engineering Manager at South Coast Air Quality Management District since September 2001, Bhaskar Chandan oversees the Refinery Team and manages a dedicated group of engineers and professionals.
