Cynthia Lee-O'Neill

Cynthia Lee-O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and quantity surveying. Currently serving as a Senior PM/QS at South Gloucestershire Council since March 2022, Cynthia previously held roles such as Capital Project Manager at University Hospital Bristol and Senior Lecturer in Quantity Surveying at the University of the West of England and London South Bank University. With a strong academic foundation, including a Master’s Degree in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde and an MSc in Information Technology in Construction from The University of Salford, Cynthia has also contributed to higher education as a Lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University. Early career experience includes positions as a Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend and a Quantity Surveyor at Davis Langdon & Seah Singapore Pte Ltd, along with specialized roles in various construction-related capacities.
