Mark Stuart

Mark Stuart has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Finance Business Partner and previously as Senior Finance Manager at South Gloucestershire Council since November 2017. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Group Finance Director at Elim Housing Association from September 2005 to November 2017.
