South Haven Homes was founded in 2008 by Jeff Southard. South Haven has built multifamily homes and single family homes from Layton to Cedar City–along with some light commercial tenant finishes and remodels. However, South Haven is now developing and building larger projects like Jeff has done in the past, under the company, South Haven Development.
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in home-building, developments, and real estate sales–all specific to the Utah new home market. Jeff earned his MBA from the Marriott School of Management at BYU in 2003. He also has valuable practical experience from time spent working for national (John Laing and Centex Homes) and local (Trophy and Liberty Homes) builders before starting South Haven Homes.
