Steve Kinsey

Steve Kinsey is an experienced CRM Workflow Development Consultant with a strong background in implementing and enhancing workflow solutions for various organizations. Currently at SLH Group since March 2009, Steve has developed numerous workflows for South Liverpool Homes, including tenancy management processes and complaints handling. Notable past roles include serving as a CRM Consultant for Livv Housing Group and an IT Architect for Riverside, where strategic IT transformations were undertaken. Additional contributions include developing homelessness systems for Isle of Anglesey County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council, as well as improving complaint management workflows for multiple housing organizations. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, obtained in 1984.
