Alice Rimpot

Alice Rimpot is a Managing Consultant for Climate Strategies at South Pole, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Alice worked at CDP from January 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading corporate engagement with European companies on climate change, water security, and deforestation. Alice has extensive experience in research and development, having held various scientific roles at Mars between 2013 and 2017, where contributions included managing innovation projects and developing ingredient strategies. Early career experience includes project development work at McCain Foods, research roles in the beverage industry, and academic research in nutrition and food sciences. Alice holds a Master of Science in Agronomy, Food Sciences, and Agri-Business from L'Institut Agro Montpellier and has participated in an exchange program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
