Chris Gallant

Chris Gallant, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at South River Mortgage since February 2024. Previously, Chris held the role of Senior Consultant at McLean Mortgage Corporation from August 2020 to December 2023, and prior to that, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer during a transition period as the company wound down operations following the passing of its majority owner. From March 2010 to July 2020, Chris was Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Guidance Residential, contributing significantly to business strategy and key initiatives. Earlier in Chris's career, the role of Regional Controller was held at both Jack Morton Worldwide and Octagon, subsidiaries of IPG, Inc., where responsibilities included financial oversight during organizational consolidations. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, graduating in 1991.
