Pamela Curtis O'Leary

Pamela Curtis O'Leary serves as the Chairperson of South Shore Health, a position held since December 2021, after over eight years on the SSH or SSHS Board, where previous roles included Vice Chair and Chair of various key Committees. O'Leary's extensive experience in the banking sector includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at South Shore Bank from 2004 until July 2024, with an additional role as Clerk of 1831 Holding Company starting January 2024. Prior to this, O'Leary worked at Rockland Trust Company from 1985 to 2004 in various executive positions, including Senior Vice President and Manager of Information Services. O'Leary holds multiple degrees, including a Masters of Science in Information Technology Management from Brandeis University and several leadership certifications from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and Simmons College. O'Leary earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Communications from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
