Colin Blackburn is an experienced professional in the field of housing, infrastructure, and planning, currently serving as the Assistant Director for Housing, Infrastructure & Planning at South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority. Previously, Colin held the same title at Sheffield City Region Combined Authority. Colin Blackburn earned a Master's degree in Town and Regional Planning from The University of Sheffield, completing the program in 1996.
