Warren Forsyth

Warren Forsyth is an experienced facilities management professional with a robust background in estate management across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Estates at Southbank Centre since March 2022, Warren previously held the role of Interim Director of Technology, Estate and Facilities at the University of York for a brief period in early 2022. As Operations Director at North West Cambridge Development from February 2016 to December 2021, Warren successfully established SPV businesses for the estate and oversaw critical operational teams. Prior to this, Warren managed extensive residential support services as Director at Derwent fm. Warren's significant contributions during a decade at Middlesex University as Pro Vice-Chancellor involved leading substantial construction and refurbishment projects while overseeing the closure of multiple campuses. Warren initiated impactful strategies while serving as Estates Manager at the University of Natal, managing various service divisions and leading significant capital development projects.
