Monica Lee

Monica Lee, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Operations and Senior Improvement Advisor for Medical Service-Specialty at Southcentral Foundation since October 2020. With significant experience as a small business owner in property management since January 2010 and previously with SnoFlo LLC from April 2016 to April 2023, Monica also held various roles in human resources at Arctic Information Technology and Southcentral Foundation from 2012 to 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, a Graduate Certificate in Alaska Native Executive Leadership, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
