Mr. Oh is Babycare Go-To Market Plant Manager with Procter & Gamble in Cape Girardeau. He has been affiliated with Procter & Gamble for 25 years. Mr. Oh is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Rolla. His community activities include serving on the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He has been a SoutheastHEALTH Board member since January 2020.
