Deanna Balla

Deanna Balla, BBA, is an experienced educator and business professional currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology since August 2023 and as an Academic Lead/Professor of Business at RCB College since July 2023. In these roles, Deanna focuses on creating engaging classroom and virtual learning experiences for adult learners, ensuring they achieve their academic objectives. Previously, Deanna held positions such as Principal CEO at Delta Beta Curriculum Development, Professor of Business at AGA Academy, and Employment Services Manager, where curriculum design and student placement were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as Course Facilitator with Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society International and as Buyer at Kingston Midstream. Currently pursuing a Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education at Yorkville University, Deanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
