Juan Johnson

Juan Johnson currently serves as Chief Counsel for Retail and SouthStar Energy Services at Southern Company Gas, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Johnson was Senior Counsel for Georgia Power Company at Southern Company from September 2019 to February 2022. Additional experience includes various legal positions at Mueller Water Products, Waste Management, Inc., and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. Johnson began a legal career with associate positions at prominent firms such as King & Spalding, Greenberg Traurig, and Alston & Bird after earning a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.S. in Biology from Morehouse College.
