Lance Roberts

Lance Roberts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical training and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Training at Southern Company Gas since December 2016, Lance previously held positions including Manager of Technical Training at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager in the Project Management Office at Kantar Operations and Program Lead at Nicor Gas. Lance began their career at Kantar Operations as the Manager of Client Relationship Management and worked as an Adjuster at CCC Information Services. Academically, Lance holds an MBA from Aurora University and a B.S. in Marketing from Illinois State University.
