David Reed

David Reed is an experienced realtor licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, currently working at Southern Homes of The Carolinas since November 2021. Prior to this role, David served as a Realtor/Broker at RE/MAX Executive Realty from February 2011 to October 2021, focusing on team building, marketing, contract negotiations, and client relations. Before entering real estate, David held the position of VP of Information Technology at Crescent Resources, LLC, overseeing IT functions and managing a team. Additionally, David has a background in IT from Duke Energy, where responsibilities included leading major projects. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina and has completed training at the Mingle School of Real Estate.
