Vernon Johnson

Vernon Johnson, Ph.D., currently serves as Managing Director of US Inclusion at CIBC US, where responsibilities include strengthening inclusive organizational culture and driving the global inclusion strategy for the US. In addition to this role, Vernon serves as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University, educating on cultural awareness in online learning. Vernon's board membership with Dream Academy Foundation and role as a Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board Member at Southern Illinois University highlight commitment to empowering urban youth and advancing diversity initiatives in education. With experience as a facilitator at StoryBolt and previous roles in human resources and diversity consulting at organizations such as Brookfield Properties and Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Vernon demonstrates expertise in cultivating inclusive environments and driving positive change.
