Stephanie Swindle

Stephanie Swindle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as General Manager of Solar Fleet at Southern Power since March 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of O&M Strategy and Support Manager. From December 2016 to January 2022, Stephanie was with Southern Company as Maintenance Support Manager, and earlier, from September 2011 to December 2016, served in various capacities, including Human Performance Coordinator and Maintenance Manager at Georgia Power Company. Stephanie earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
