Artie Jones III

Artie Jones III is the current director at Southern Regional Health System, Inc. Artie has also worked as the director of economic development at the City of St. Marys, Georgia. In this role, they were responsible for attracting increased capital investments and expanding and diversifying employment opportunities. Artie also served as the city manager in the absence of the city manager.

Prior to their work in St. Marys, Jones worked as a consultant with IDT Consultants, LLC. Artie also has experience working in the private sector with Red Rock Global, LLC.

Jones has a proven track record of success in both the public and private sector. Artie is a skilled negotiator and has a deep understanding of economic development. Their experience will be a valuable asset to Southern Regional Health System, Inc.

Artie Jones III completed their undergraduate studies at Valdosta State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Artie then went on to earn a Master's degree in Public Administration from Valdosta State University as well. In addition to their educational pursuits, Artie Jones III is also a certified Grants Specialist through the National Grants Writers Association and a certified Realtor through the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
