Joseph Carpenter

Joseph Carpenter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and management. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant and previously as a Customer Service Solutions Representative at Southern States Toyotalift since October 2019, Joseph has honed skills in client relations and problem-solving. Prior roles include working as a Home Evaluator/Sales representative at Arrow Exterminators from December 2017 to October 2019, where Joseph engaged directly with homeowners to explain and offer services, and as an Inbound Supervisor at UPS, managing freight operations for a brief period in 2017.
