Rachel Spragg

Rachel Spragg is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project design and management. Since January 2017, Rachel has served as Programme Design Manager at Southern Water, where responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams for wastewater network projects. Prior roles include Principal Civil Engineer and Project Design Lead at Mouchel from December 2014 to December 2016, and Senior Engineer/Project Manager at Atkins from January 2012 to November 2014, notably contributing to Wessex Water's significant security of supply scheme valued at £174M. Additional experience encompasses senior engineering roles at Hyder Consulting, SAI India Ltd, and earlier positions at Capita Property and Infrastructure, BdR Ltd, and Monson Engineering. Rachel holds an HND in Civil Engineering from the University of Greenwich, completed in 1998.
