Winnie Davis

Winnie Davis has extensive experience in the real estate industry, serving in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently a member of the Executive Board for the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS since April 2023, Winnie has also held significant positions within the National Association of REALTORS® as NAR CIPS Chair in 2019 and has been an active director since November 2018. Involving the California Association of REALTORS® since 2005, Winnie served as CAR Realtor Vice Chair for Housing Affordability Funds in 2018 and chaired the Global Real Estate Committee in 2017. As President of the SRAR Association of Realtors in 2007, notable achievements included the successful conversion of the Multiple Listing Service and the organization of a significant Realtor Expo. With a career at Coldwell Banker beginning in 1990, Winnie has progressed from Sales Associate to Executive & REO Sales Director, demonstrating a commitment to fair housing and community support initiatives throughout the years.
