Chris Clifton

Chris Clifton is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of Seacliff Private Capital, LLC since 2023, Chris focuses on investments in private equity, real estate, and independent operating businesses. Previously, Chris was the Owner and CEO of Southview Design, Inc., a leading landscape design firm in the Midwest, from 2009 to 2023. Chris’s career includes significant roles at Creatis, Inc. as a Partner, President and COO of Marsden Building Maintenance, and Owner and President of Paradise Building Services, among other positions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a BBA in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
