Amy Hartleroad

Amy Hartleroad, MS, is an experienced Remote Operations Specialist and Project Manager at the AARP Foundation since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing Tax-Aide tickets, developing Salesforce reports, overseeing virtual Learning Management Systems, and drafting communications for volunteers. Previously, Amy held the position of Remote Office of Volunteer Engagement Intern at AARP, managing volunteer portals and creating engaging content for over 30,000 volunteers. Amy also served as a Graduate Assistant and Supervisor at Eastern Washington University's University Recreational Center, overseeing student employees and coordinating marketing efforts. Furthermore, Amy has diverse experience in public relations and marketing, with a solid academic background, holding a Master's degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Sports Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations from Eastern Washington University.
