Jared Honda

Jared Honda is a Technical Project Manager at Southwest Airlines since March 2022, focusing on cloud adoption and migration initiatives across the enterprise while managing AWS training for the technology team. Previously, as a Program Manager at Smartwebs, Inc. from March 2016 to March 2022, Jared oversaw various roles including Release Manager and Product Owner, managing up to 16 products and engaging with numerous key stakeholders. Jared also held the position of Transcription, Captioning and Translation Lead at Quality Transcription Specialists from August 2012 to March 2016, where significant portfolio growth was achieved through market research. Earlier experiences include serving as Field Coordinator for Especially For Youth, managing program operations for large groups, and leading a team of intelligence analysts at the Cultural Intelligence Institute, addressing national security threats. Jared Honda holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from Utah State University, completed in 2012.
