Layne Correa

Layne Correa is currently involved in Commercial Transformation at Southwest Airlines, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Layne served as an Analyst at Sendero, a management consulting firm, from January 2021 to November 2024, where the focus was on driving significant results for organizations. Earlier experience includes a Business Development Intern position at ISN in the summer of 2019, where Layne contributed to the improvement of the external knowledge base, engaged with sales software, and presented projects to executive management. Layne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and a Minor in Economics from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, completed in 2020.
