With a progressive career at Southwest Airlines, Lisa has held various roles including Director of Innovation and Senior Manager positions focusing on Innovation and Customer Communication. Prior to Southwest Airlines, Lisa worked at American Airlines for seven years in roles such as Manager of AAdvantage Program Strategy and Team Lead in Revenue Management.
