Nhi Pham

Nhi Pham is an accomplished marketing and social entrepreneurship professional currently serving as an Incoming Corporate Social Responsibility Intern at Southwest Airlines. As Executive Director and Director of the Ideator Fellowship at the Social Entrepreneurship Learning Lab, Nhi facilitates lectures on social enterprise creation, improves recruitment rates, evaluates fellows’ challenges, and develops educational content. Previous experiences include roles as Marketing Chair and Design Lead at Convergent, Sustainability Consultant at re:3D Inc, and Marketing Intern at American Airlines, where insights into consumer behavior and strategic recommendations were developed. Nhi's background also includes positions at Beats by Dre, Peep Connect, Village Book Builders, and United Under Arts, showcasing expertise in marketing, UX/UI design, and project management. Nhi studies at Texas McCombs School of Business, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Public Policy, after graduating from Round Rock High School.
