Rachael Victoria Hawkins

Rachael Victoria Hawkins, PMP, currently serves as the Planning & Initiatives Project Manager for Revenue Management at Southwest Airlines, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael held the title of Manager, Projects at Avelo Airlines from April 2021 to June 2024, and worked at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as a Master Conservatorship Specialist and Conservatorship Specialist from November 2016 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes positions at Atlas Air as Purser and Lead International Charter Flight Attendant, along with roles at NASA and United Express Airlines. Rachael’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from West Texas A&M University, a master's degree in Global Management, and a bachelor's degree in General Studies from Fort Hays State University.
