Rebekah Rightnour is a communication and customer experience professional with extensive experience in various roles within the service and events industries. Currently serving in the Culture & Communications department and previously in Customer Relations & Customer Experience at Southwest Airlines since March 2017, Rebekah’s background includes positions at MAKE Corporation and the Houston Texans, where roles focused on customer relations and event services. Rebekah also gained experience as a Production Assistant at KTD Productions/Staffing and as a member of the Concierge Team at the 12th Man Foundation. Additionally, Rebekah held a Special Events/Marketing Assistant position at David Gardner's Jewelers. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Texas A&M University, completed in 2016, with prior studies at Lamar University.
