Steve Lanier

Steve Lanier has over 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer at Southwest Funding since August 1983. In addition to loan origination, Steve teaches a class on Mortgage Lending for Real Estate agents, which has been approved by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. Previously, Steve held the position of Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Brokers Home Mortgage from October 2004 to August 2013. Steve graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor's degree in History and a minor in Business Management, and completed secondary education at Archbishop Rummel High School between 1974 and 1977.
