Sergio Quiroz

Sergio Quiroz, MSSW, LCCA, currently serves as Vice President of Program Operations for the Unaccompanied Children Division at Southwest Key Programs, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sergio was Program Manager at Culmen International, overseeing Humanitarian Assistance Programs from January 2023 to June 2024. In 2022, Sergio completed a specialized clinical practicum at Proyecto Juan Diego, Inc., following a Deputy Director position at Deployed Services, which supported an ORR DUCO Influx Care Facility. Sergio's extensive experience at Southwest Key Programs includes roles as Travel Manager, Regional Executive Director, Program Director, and Case Manager, among others, contributing to various capacities in ORR DUCO programs and services. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Texas at Brownsville.
