Simone van der Louw

Simone van der Louw has extensive experience in the care and support sector, serving at SOVAK since May 2011 in various roles including Voorzitter Ondernemingsraad, Medewerker cliëntenservice, and Secretaresse zorg en ondersteuning, with a focus on planning multidisciplinary consultations for the Wet Zorg en Dwang. Additionally, Simone has contributed as a Digicoach and Vicevoorzitter Ondernemingsraad, providing support for the implementation of the same legislation, and delivering case-focused training to teams. Earlier roles include assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities and developing personalized care plans. Since January 2012, Simone has also been an Instructeur Eerste Hulp, conducting first aid and resuscitation training following established guidelines. Educational qualifications include a degree as a Sociaal Pedagogisch Werker from Baronie College and an instructorship in Eerste Hulp from the Nederlandse Organisatie Docenten EHBO.
