JT Vaughn

JT Vaughn is an advisor at Sovereign’s Capital with a long history of working in various leadership positions in different companies. JT has been the owner of Idaho Wood Lighting since 1975 and has delivered exceptional wooden architectural lighting fixtures. JT'stimeless designs reflect the mission, craftsman and mid-century design movements of the 20th century. JT Vaughn has also been the Chief Operating Officer of IH for 9 years and 9 months where they were focused on developing cutting edge clean energy technologies and working with partners to commercialize such technologies. In addition to these positions, JT Vaughn has also been a board member of Medicom Technologies Inc. for 5 years and a board member of Smart Farm Systems, Inc. for 7 years and 5 months. JT has also been a consultant for Selam Awassa Business Group for 6 months and a consultant for Leadership Beyond Boundaries at the Center for Creative Leadership for 2 years and 1 month. Throughout their many years of experience, JT Vaughn has proven himself to be a valuable asset in any company.

JT Vaughn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007. JT also completed a Minor in Entrepreneurship. In 2006, they interned full-time for a mobile app technology company in Beijing, while also studying basic Mandarin, as well as entrepreneurship in China.
