Vir Lakshman

Vir Lakshman is an accomplished independent board director and audit committee chair with extensive experience in advising corporates and private equity clients on governance, mergers and acquisitions, and value generation, particularly within the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences sectors. Currently serving on the Wirtschaftsbeirat for Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen e.V. and as an independent board director at Venator Materials Plc, Vir Lakshman has previously held significant roles, including KPMG Partner for 20 years, where leadership of the Chemicals and Life Sciences Practice was a highlight. Additional expertise includes serving as an expert witness at ICC Arbitration and having held key positions at GE Capital and Coopers & Lybrand. Vir Lakshman holds an MBA in Finance from City, University of London, and is a member of the ICAEW as an ACA.
