Akhil Kamarajugadda

Akhil Kamarajugadda is an experienced Production Manager at SpaceX, overseeing a team of over 60 members in the manufacturing of propulsion systems for the Dragon capsule. Prior roles at SpaceX included Lead Avionics Manufacturing and Test Engineer, where Akhil led a multi-disciplinary engineering team focused on flight avionics products, and Avionics Manufacturing Engineer II, which involved improving production deliveries through the development of navigation and sensor technologies. Akhil's career also includes tutoring thermodynamics at UC Santa Barbara and internships at reputable institutions including NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and HRL Laboratories. Akhil obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara in 2019.
