Cori Brendel

Cori Brendel is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and renewable energy sectors. Since August 2020, Cori has served as Lead Software Engineer at SpaceX, contributing significantly to a variety of projects. Prior to this role, Cori held positions at SpaceX as a Solar Array & Battery Engineer and as an Avionics Intern. Cori's expertise extends to the Stanford Solar Car Project, where leadership roles included Team Lead and Lead Solar Array Engineer from 2018 to 2020, in addition to participating in the World Solar Challenge. Earlier experiences include internships at Tesla, Applied Materials, and Stanford University, coupled with a robust academic background culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from Stanford University.
