Jaimeen Kapadia

Jaimeen Kapadia currently serves as a Starlink Power Systems Engineer at SpaceX since August 2024. Prior to this, Jaimeen was the Systems Engineering Lead for Platform 2 at Zipline, focusing on the mass adoption of Instant Logistics via Unmanned Aerial Vehicles from September 2021 to September 2024. Experiences at Medtronic included roles as Principal System Engineer and Technical Fellow, where Jaimeen architected electromechanical systems for minimally invasive surgical robots, and as Senior Development Engineer, where design and development of robotic surgical instruments took place. Earlier experiences encompass positions as a Mechatronics Engineer at Hstar Technologies, Robotics Engineer at Bossa Nova Robotics, and various research roles, contributing to robot design, development, and automation. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and multiple credentials from Harvard Business School Online, Harvard Extension School, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in fields related to engineering, business analytics, and leadership.
