Molly Birdsall

Molly Birdsall is a Ground Segment Engineer at SpaceX since July 2024, following various engineering and leadership roles. At Vanderbilt University, Molly served as Head Resident Advisor, leading a team of Residential Advisors and acting as a liaison between advisors and university leadership, while previously supervising 50 first-year students as a Resident Advisor. Experience includes a Mechanical Design Engineer position at Vanderbilt Aerospace Design Laboratory and an Avionics Engineering Internship at SpaceX. Additional work as Office Manager at All Creatures Great & Small involved high-volume email management and database development for efficiency. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
