Jose Garrido Mesa

Jose Garrido Mesa is a Senior Research Associate at both Instituto de Investigación Hospital 12 de Octubre and the Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) since August 2023. Previously, Jose held the role of Clinical Research Associate at King's College London from February 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating clinical trials, managing research projects, and handling ethics and regulatory aspects. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Queen Mary University of London, leading pre-clinical drug development collaborations, and completing a PhD at Universidad de Granada, where multifaceted projects in pharmacology were coordinated. Jose has completed advanced studies in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Pharmacy across esteemed institutions, and has participated in various research fellowships internationally.
