Hege Hustveit

Hege Hustveit is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Strategisk HR-rådgiver at Sparebanken Vest since August 2022, Hege previously held significant positions at Caverion Norge, including HR Business Partner for BU Projects and HR- og utviklingsleder. With a strong background as HR-direktør at De Bergenske, Hege has been responsible for HR, health and safety, and quality oversight, as well as implementing effective HR systems and processes. Prior experience includes HR Consultant and HR Assistant roles at BDO AS. Hege holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from BI Norwegian Business School.
