The Training and Development team at Stichting SPARK focuses on creating and implementing educational programs and initiatives designed to improve higher education and entrepreneurial skills in post-conflict regions. This team conducts training sessions, monitors and evaluates program effectiveness, provides specialized entrepreneurship advisory, and integrates technical learning to foster sustainable job creation and economic opportunities for youth.
