Amber Wustman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amber began their career at Claire's as an Assistant Manager, where they gained valuable experience in retail management for a period of five years. In 2006, they transitioned to the hospitality industry and joined Marriott Hotels as a Night Auditor, demonstrating their strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Amber later advanced to the role of Front Office Supervisor and eventually became the Front Office Manager, overseeing a team and ensuring smooth operations. In 2014, Amber joined Byron Hospitality Inc. as the General Manager of the Crossroads Conference Center and later served as the Professional Development Manager at the Holiday Inn Express. Amber then moved on to Elevator Up, a digital design agency acquired by SPARK Business Works, where they worked as a Studio Manager, utilizing their operations expertise. Currently, Amber is a valuable member of SPARK Business Works, where they first served as an Operations Coordinator, then as the Operations Manager, and currently holds the position of Director of People Operations. In this role, they focus on supporting the company's growth and culture, implementing initiatives, and ensuring collaboration between departments. Amber Wustman completed their high school education at South Christian High School from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in General Education with a field of study in General Studies. Following that, they attended Michigan State University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History.
