Mike Webber

Mike Webber has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, primarily at Spark New Zealand since February 2006. Various roles at Spark include Digital Channels Lead and Billing Lead, where Mike managed core billing systems and initiatives, and served as Chapter Leader for CRM Development, overseeing Agile practices. Mike transitioned to an E2E Solutions Architect role, leading several large-scale deliveries, and subsequently managed teams as Solution Design Manager for DevOps and Billing & Finance, contributing to significant projects such as the postpaid mobile re-engineering initiative. Prior to Spark, Mike worked as an Analyst/Developer at Paradigm Research & Development Ltd, focusing on mediation and billing systems for telecommunications. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science (BScHon) in Computer Science from the University of Otago.
