Kathy Handlos, MBA, has extensive experience in instructional design and training across various sectors. Currently serving as an Instructional Design Consultant at Spark Training Solutions since March 2018, Kathy collaborates with internal subject matter experts to create sales training for healthcare clients. Previously, Kathy held roles as Global Commercial Learning Design Manager and US Learning Design Manager at Cantel Medical, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive training solutions for product launches and sales meetings. Other consulting positions at organizations such as Nexgen HBM, InspirED, and Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota further showcase Kathy's expertise in designing effective learning materials and programs. Kathy's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Education and an MBA in Business, complemented by extensive teaching experience at Globe University. Additionally, a foundational role as a manager at Goodrich Farms LLP involved significant operational management and employee process development.
