Shannon Zoltek

Shannon Zoltek is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and service coordination. Currently serving as an Account Director at Sparks since December 2020, Shannon previously held the position of Account Executive at Group Delphi for over 22 years and at ICON Exhibits for nearly 10 years, managing and growing a portfolio of corporate accounts. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Service Coordinator at Sweetwater Sound, overseeing income for the service department and managing shipping damage and warranty claims. Shannon earned a certification in Project Management from Purdue University in 2020 and holds a degree from James Woods, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
