Joseph M. Vanek

Mr. Joseph M. Vanek is the owner of Vanek, Vickers and Masini, P.C. and a renowned commercial litigation practitioner, with a focus on intellectual property and antitrust. Joseph has deep expertise in trademark law, representing some Fortune 100 companies. He is a passionate, serial entrepreneur. In 2004, he co-founded AutoMark Technical Systems, LLC and grew it to $100 mn. Joseph was awarded two patents, as well. Recently, he assisted in the creation of Array Enterprises, LLC, a business dedicated to the employee and customer incentive and reward business.

Joseph is also a member of the Boston College Law School – Dean’s Advisory Board. In 2014, Mr. Vanek received the William J. Kenealy, SJ, Alumnus of the Year Award. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor (Honors) degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor’s (Honors) degree from Creighton University.

As a member of the Advisory Board, Mr. Vanek will assist with the formulation of corporate strategy and help to drive and support CyberTech’s non-linear growth.
