Artur Zapała

Artur Zapała is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly for private equity investors, as well as in securitization and the purchasing of non-performing loan portfolios. Currently serving as Partner and Managing Partner of the Warsaw office of SPCG since June 2012, Artur Zapała also held an advisory role on the CWG of the European Securities and Markets Authority's Investment Management Standing Committee from March 2019 to May 2024. Previously, Artur Zapała was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in Warsaw from March 2004 to May 2012 and served as Deputy Director at the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission from November 1997 to February 2004. Artur Zapała obtained an education from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
