Daniel Smolczynski

Daniel Smolczynski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at SPEAR Physical Therapy, LLC since June 2021, Daniel also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University since 2017. Previously, Daniel was a Board Advisor at the Ear, Nose & Throat Institute from April 2020 to February 2023 and served as Chief Financial Officer at ProgenyHealth, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Daniel's earlier career includes roles as VP of Finance at AmeriHealth New Jersey and various financial leadership positions at Cigna Insurance Services, along with experience as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Daniel holds an MBA in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a BS in Accounting from Philadelphia University.
