Libby Lange

Director For Intelligence at Special Competitive Studies Project - SCSP

Libby Lange currently serves as the Director for Intelligence at the Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP) since April 2024. Previously, Lange worked as an Analyst at Graphika from June 2022 to April 2024 and gained experience as an Intern with the United States House Committee on Foreign Affairs during the summer of 2021. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Intern at the Institute for Security and Technology (IST) in early 2021 and serving as a Staff Consultant in the Office of the President, R.O.C. (Taiwan) from November 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included drafting speeches for President Tsai Ing-wen and managing social media accounts. Earlier roles include Associate Planner and Intern positions at the Institute for Information Industry and internships at the American Institute in Taiwan and National Taiwan University. Libby Lange holds a Master of Public Policy in Global Affairs from Yale University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from National Taiwan University (2014-2018).
